We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with tags and any other brand devices still attached. Please do re-use the delivery packaging provided.
Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.
How to Return or Exchange:
Less than delighted? We won’t hold it against you – and our 14 days returns policy should help ease the pain.
Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached.
Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card. The refund will appear on your account within five working days depending on your card issuer.
How to return an item
Send an email to our Customer Service Team: email@example.com with the details about the item(s) you like to return.
A returns label and return form will be sent to your email address. Please Note: If you have paid by iDeal we need your bank account details for refunding the money. Please print the forms out, add the return form with the item(s) in the box and attach the return label onto your parcel.
Take your parcel to the Post Office within seven days of the return being authorised, and don’t forget to ask for proof of postage for your records. Please make sure that you obtain proof of posting as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item and we reserve the right to charge you for any such lost or damaged item.
